Hydrocodone and acetaminophen are the two generic variants and are used as active ingredients in the branded medicine, Lortab. The branded medicine Lortab 7.5-325 mg is a combination medication that comprises 7.5 mg of hydrocodone bitartrate and 325 mg of acetaminophen.
